FAQ

Good to know

What happens in the first consultation?

The initial consultation lasts 1h30. We make a full assessment of your vitality — history, diet, sleep, stress levels — then together define a lifestyle programme suited to your goals.

Is naturopathy reimbursed?

French social security does not reimburse naturopathy consultations. However, many private health insurers (mutuelles) cover them in full or in part — do check with yours.

Can I consult by video?

Yes. Initial, follow-up and fertility-programme consultations are available by video on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. In-person appointments at the practice take place on Saturdays.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No — for now you simply book your slot online, free of charge. Payment (card or cash) happens at the consultation.

Does naturopathy replace my doctor?

No. Naturopathy is complementary support. Leila is not a doctor, does not make a diagnosis and does not change your medical treatment.
